Ms. Niiara Abliamitova is a Procurement Officer at the United Nations Secretariat based in Thailand with diverse experience in public procurement and supply-chain at the national, sub-national and international levels. Prior to her current posting in Bangkok, Niiara worked with UNDP in Ukraine and North Korea managing procurement and operations portfolios for more than eight years. She holds Strategic Diploma in Public Procurement (CIPS, UK) and has master degree in Programme and Project Management (KNUBA). Her interests include expanding the knowledge of risk management and monitoring procurement trends in the Asia-Pacific region.
