- How do I register?

Only registrations that have been approved by the organisers will be allowed to attend the Summit. Please register your interest according to your professional category. You can choose to attend any single day or both days. Please ensure you register under the correct category, we will verify your details and reserve the right to cancel your registration if not correct. If none of the specified categories applies to you, please contact the registrations team at registration@aidforum.org.


- How do I pay?

Payments can be made through PayPal or Debit/CreditCard via the secure registration page. Payments can also be made through direct Bank Transfer. To request an invoice please contact the registrations team at registration@aidforum.org. All payments must be received and cleared in their entirety before the date of the event.


- How many tickets is my organisation allowed?

In order to ensure maximum networking opportunities and a well-balanced audience, we can only accept a maximum of 3 delegates per organisation. For large global organisations (such as IFRC) this relates to 3 delegates per regional office.


- What is included in the ticket price?

The ‘DAY ONE ONLY’ or ‘DAY TWO ONLY’ ticket covers a single day of the Summit and includes access to open sessions and workshops, networking sessions, the exhibition area, lunch, and refreshments.

- Is travel and accommodation included?

Please note that the registration fee does not cover travel and accommodation. AIDF cannot offer financial support for arrangements relating to travel, accommodation, visas etc., and these must be covered by you or your organisation. - Will you assist with my visa application?

It is the delegate’s responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for travelling to the event and apply for an appropriate visa, if necessary. Delegates should ensure that they apply for their visa, if required, in good time before travelling.

Only registered and approved attendees partners will be eligible to obtain the invitation letter from AIDF to support their visa application. To request an invitation letter, please contact registration@aidforum.org.


- Does the registration/ticket need to match the attendee?

Yes, the registration/ticket name needs to match the attendee name. Only registered and approved attendees will be allowed access to the Summit.


- What is the refund/cancellation policy?

Cancellation by delegate (you):

Should you be unable to attend the Summit, you may nominate a substitute to attend in your place. You must inform us of your substitution up to 3 working days before the event. Requests made after this date will not be accepted.

If you do not wish to nominate a substitute attendee, you must cancel your registration in writing (by email, fax, or post) before the event. Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund less a 20% handling fee. Cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation requested will be confirmed in writing by AIDF. We cannot accept cancellations orally. If you do not receive a reply to your cancellation request please contact us immediately on +44 (0)20 7871 0188.

Cancellation by organiser (AIDF):

If we are obliged to cancel a conference for whatever reason then we will offer you a full refund of all delegate fees already paid. If we are obliged to postpone a conference we will offer you the opportunity to rebook for the new conference date at the same rate or to cancel with no penalty. We are not liable for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by you or your company if a conference is cancelled or postponed. Your travel insurance may cover cancellation costs.


- Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Tickets may be transferred to a colleague from your organisation, providing they match the relevance and seniority criteria for all attendees. Tickets are only valid for the registered event. All ticket transfers are subject to reasonable notice and final organiser decision. To request a transfer, please contact registration@aidforum.org.


- What will you do with my information?

By registering for this Summit you will be automatically signed up for our newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. The information you provide will be safeguarded by the Henley Media Group, whose subsidiaries may use it to keep you informed of relevant products and services.

Networking tools: Information you provide may be used to pre-populate delegate profiles on managed networking tools used for or in relation to the Summit.


- Will the summit be filmed?

All unauthorised photography and the recording of transmitting of audio or visual material, data or information are expressly prohibited. You consent to filming and sound recording and photography of the summit as a delegate and you consent to the use by AIDF to any such recording or photography for promotional, marketing and other purposes.
