Ben Ball is the Government Market Director for Crossmatch, a company which specializes in identity management and biometrics.  In his current role, Mr. Ball is responsible for identifying market trends, driving company strategy, and building the company’s marketing presence in the government sector worldwide.  Prior to joining Crossmatch, Mr. Ball served for ten years in the US government, first as a Foreign Service Officer for the Department of State and later as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Department of Homeland Security.
