Haider W Yaqub has over twenty five years of integrated right based poverty alleviation programing in developing countries. He has been extensively involved in providing programmatic support to redress issues which concern children, youth and women in the areas of primary health care, adolescent reproductive health, youth employment, water and sanitation, early childcare, primary and secondary education, strengthening civil society, value chain interventions as well as capacitating public sector organizations to deliver quality services for children, youth and women. Haider has a strong focus on organizational learning as part of development work. As the Deputy Regional Director (Programs) for Plan Asia program I provide programmatic support to 14 Plan Asian countries. Help countries to develop quality programs and build their capacities in resource mobilization, undertaking research, developing new programs and improving the ongoing ones.
