After his studies in Networks and Telecoms, Sébastien Latouille has been deploying on emergency operations with Télécoms Sans Frontières across the world since 2009. He has participated in all major crises since then such as the Haiti earthquake in 2010, the Libya exodus in 2012 and Typhoon Yolanda in 2013 etc Appointed Delegate for Asia and the Pacific in 2014, Mr Latouille manages both emergency operations in the area and supervises projects including mHealth and Emergency Telecoms Trainings for Humanitarian Organisations. In the past year, Sébastien has been deployed in response to Cyclone Pam in Vanuatu, the Nepal earthquake and the European Migrant Crisis in Serbia, Macedonia and Greece
